  • Adora is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, lip oils and other opened cosmetics cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
